Key Responsibilities:
On corporate sales desk, your responsibility will be:
- Front to back end execution, including pricing and structuring, KYC, documentation and approvals, restructuring dialogues etc.
- FX/Rates/Commodities vanilla and exotics products depending upon clients' requirements.
- Identify opportunities, structure solutions and execute in close collaboration with trading, structuring, coverage focusing on CFOs, treasurers and finance departments of corporate clients.
- Liaise with e-trading and product partners for client flow optimization and performance tracking on electronic platforms and any system enhancements.
- Market DB's e-offering and workflow solutions to new clients.
- Grow corporate FX and Rates franchise in APAC by identifying and nurturing new client opportunities by partnering with coverage, regional sales and other stakeholders and offering full suite of DB products.
- Measured on revenue growth, increase in client penetration, share of wallet, cross selling and acquisition of significant deals and clients.
Skills Required:
Director:
- 10 years of experience in corporate sales and execution.
- Expertise and a global/regional network within coverage and product organization to offer truly integrated and effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of FX and Rates markets and products.
- Good experience in dealing with electronic platforms and systems for client flow execution and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contacts (eg Regional CFO/Group Treasurer).
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity with solid credit knowledge.
- Driven and result orientated.
- Strong team player.
VP:
- 6-8 years of experience in corporate sales and execution.
- Expertise and a global/regional network within coverage and product organization to offer truly integrated and effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of FX and Rates markets and products.
- Good experience in dealing with electronic platforms and systems for client flow execution and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contacts (eg Regional CFO/Group Treasurer).

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
