CORPORATE (6 - 8 PQE) (BERMUDA) (US$175K - US$200K) (7% TAX)

A new vacancy has arisen for a high calibre 6 - 8 PQE corporate lawyer to join the Bermuda office of this global offshore firm. The role will offer a broad range of corporate work and candidates will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas: technology/digital assets, M&A, capital markets, corporate finance and restructuring. You will need to possess a strong academic record, be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa, and have gained your experience at a major national, international or offshore law firm.
