Job description

The individual is focused on managing the designated product portfolio and its related solutions with clear Go-To-Market strategies into targeted industries, while creating a competitive edge against our keen competitors, working with stakeholders globally, regionally, and locally.

Product

  • Plan, develop, and implement product portfolio strategies with SMART goals.
  • Responsible for product performance by revenue and GP%.
  • Manage the entire Product Lifecycle management of the products.
  • Collaborate with respective business units and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs and values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches as Voice of Customers (VOC).
  • Schedule and facilitate new and existing product training sessions.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions as feedback for quality improvement.

Price

  • Manage product pricing through market competition review and positioning through analysis of pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business.

Promotion

  • Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all activities required to bring the product to market.
  • Develop marketing strategies to grow quality inspection applications in Automotive, F&C, Semicon, Electronics, and Medical industries and increase sensor products market share with channel partners.
  • Develop tools and marketing collaterals with the Marcom team to support sales activities.
  • Support Solution Marketing activities with Application Marketing members to develop sales tools incorporating Vision and Sensor products.

Place

  • Plan go-to-market strategies in alignment with Country Sales in the APAC region demand.
  • Manage product availability based on customer demand and our company's needs.

Competitor

  • Monitor and update competitor activities to the Global Product BU and Sales.
  • Develop strategies, plans, or tools to convert competitor market share.

Sales Goal

  • Responsible for the regional sales budget of vision and sensor products and supporting the total regional sales budget.

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Working Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Product Marketing Management in a regional role (Asia Pacific).
  • Product Experience: Comprehensive understanding of Product (Sensor, Vision) & Market Trends.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Industrial Automation industry is a bonus.
