What You Will Do

• Leverage CORE operating system (Customer Orientated Results & Excellence) & SPS (Standard Production System) to achieve organizational excellence
• Coordinate the Continuous Improvement programs and CORE/SPS activities within the company
• Facilitate Tier Meetings - SPQDC discussions (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost)
• Establish, drive and sustain standardized visuals across organization
• Troubleshoot data extraction and visualization errors from Tier Boards
• Oversee employee CORE proficiencies and training program status
• Conduct CORE "Superday" training as required
• Identify areas of improvement and ensure measurable implementation
• Promote a strong and sustainable culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects & CORE engagement events
• Monitor and track employee CORE proficiencies & training program status
• Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials
• Participate in the CORE council review
• Support in the technology and CORE process improvement projects
• Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company
• Manage CORE communications and update to internal stakeholders
• Carry out any other administrative activities or job duties assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma in Business Analytics / Engineering / Computer Science
• Min 1 year of relevant experience managing data analytics and continuous improvement activities
• Relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement
• Good understanding of lean six sigma with a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel and Access skill to update and process data
• Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Qualifications We Prefer

• Relevant experience in Aerospace, manufacturing or MRO is preferred
• PowerBI, Python programming, Macro VBA or other relevant programming language
