What You Will Do

1. Leverage CORE operating system (Customer Orientated Results & Excellence) & SPS (Standard Production System) to achieve organizational excellence
2. Coordinate the Continuous Improvement programs and CORE/SPS activities within the company
3. Facilitate Tier Meetings - SPQDC discussions (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost)
4. Establish, drive and sustain standardize visuals across organization
5. Troubleshoot data extraction and visualization errors from Tier Boards
6. Oversee employee CORE proficiencies and training program status
7. Conduct CORE "Superday" training as required
8. Identify areas of improvement and ensure measurable implementation
9. Promote a strong and sustainable culture of continuous improvement
10. Coordinate continuous improvement projects & CORE engagement events
11. Monitor and track employee CORE proficiencies & training program status
12. Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials
13. Participate in the CORE council review
14. Support in the technology and CORE process improvement projects
15. Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company
16. Manage CORE communications and update to internal stakeholders
17. Carry out any other administrative activities or job duties assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

1. Diploma in Business Analytics / Engineering / Computer Science
2. Min 1 year of relevant experience managing data analytics and continuous improvement activities
3. Relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement
4. Good understanding of lean six sigma with a continuous improvement mindset
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel and Access skill to update and process data
6. Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Qualifications We Prefer

1. Relevant experience in Aerospace, manufacturing or MRO is preferred
2. PowerBI, Python programming, Macro VBA or other relevant programming language
