We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects across all trades, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and multi-trade. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support projects from initiation to completion
Liaise with project managers/directors, clients, and workers to ensure effective communication
Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with teams to resolve problems and find solutions
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations
Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and forecasts
Assist to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor resources
Requirements:
2 years of experience
Diploma in any discipline, preferably civil engineering
Sound knowledge of local government agencies regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and email applications
