Roles & Responsibilities

ART CONSULTANCY

• Work closely with Art Consultants to develop a bespoke artwork package for a variety of hospitality projects.
• Support in artwork concept research, development and selections.
• Staging and accessories styling of required spaces for internal reviews or events.

GALLERY

• Supporting the owner and curation team to ensure curatorial administration, planning and execution, and day-to-day operations of the gallery.
• Liaise and coordinate with artists and external vendors, for the setup and teardown of the exhibitions.

DESIGN

• Maintaining and generating content for online platforms such as the company website, social media and EDM.
• Contribute to the marketing and promotional efforts of the gallery.
• Assist with designing PowerPoint decks and publications for in-house projects.
• Assist and coordinate all printing processes to complete all design projects.

MISC

• Perform basic administrative duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in an art-related discipline (Fine Arts, Arts Management, Design).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in art galleries or institutions. Prior experience working in a hospitality studio is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin – Writing and Speaking (to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently and resourcefully.
• Preference will be given to the candidate with the following skill, though not required: Basic AUTOCAD proficiency.
