Job Description:

  1. Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
  2. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
  3. Overseeing a section of the kitchen and preparing food within that section.
  4. Assisting with the management to maintain the food costs and inventory.
  5. To handle kitchen appliances and equipment safety and effectively.
  6. Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen daily operations.
  7. Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years’ experience in the service industry.
  2. Passion for F&B industry with proven experience in cooking.
  3. Able to multitask and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Willingness to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH.
