Job Description:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Overseeing a section of the kitchen and preparing food within that section.
- Assisting with the management to maintain the food costs and inventory.
- To handle kitchen appliances and equipment safety and effectively.
- Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen daily operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the service industry.
- Passion for F&B industry with proven experience in cooking.
- Able to multitask and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH.
