Control Technician (Manufacturing/ MNC)

• Responsible for project detail design, prototype, commissioning/protocol execution and testing completed systems
• Work with cross-functional teams on projects related to machine and/or process improvement and software process optimization.
• Assist in the integration and troubleshooting of both hardware and software on site connectivity and equipment programming
• Collect and analyse data, identify root cause(s) and provide resolution to problems.
• Provide support to mechanical and validation/process engineers on site verification and documentation
• Plan and optimize time, resources and materials required for projects and trial runs.
• Coordinate and manage factory testing in both vendor and plant premises

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Computer Engineer / electronic and electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in troubleshooting or setting up of various automation systems (distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, SCADA system)
• Able to understand P&ID, electrical schematic drawing and specification.
• Experience in new process or equipment validation
