Control/Software Engineer (C#, C++)

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, Kaki Bukit Road

Job Responsibilities:

1. You will be part of the project team that conceptualizes, designs and develops the Control Process and flow chart designs
2. Understanding customer requirements, design and development work using C#, C++, VB and PLC based programming software
3. Prepare detailed electrical drawings and engineering documentation using SolidWorks Electrical
4. Document the requirements and prepare user manuals
5. Work closely with customers on their requirements and be part of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
6. Review and enhance software features and updates
7. Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Engineering or equivalent
2. Have at least 2 years of experience working in Factory Automation/ Material Handling and/or Conveyor Systems
3. At least 2 years experience in machine programming from scratch
4. Experienced in sourcing for electrical components and possess strong technical knowledge
5. Able to understand electrical diagrams and panel designs
6. Proficient in SolidWorks
7. Strong coding skills in C++, C# and Visual Basic
8. Experienced in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Omron, Proface or Keyence)
9. Those with experience in SCADA programming will be highly regarded
10. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work both individually and in a team
11. Willing to work long hours in Cleanroom environment
12. Willing to travel to regional countries for projects
