Contracts Manager (leading building A1 main contractor) - JWY

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? My client, a prestigious A1 main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager for a mixed development (Retail + Residential) in East Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
2. Oversee post-contract activities, including processing variation orders and claims.
3. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
4. Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
5. Analyze and report on project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
6. Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a focus on post-contract activities and variation orders.
3. Strong project contracts experience within the construction industry.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
