Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
Manage contract amendments and variations.
Ensure accurate and timely contract documentation and record keeping.
Work closely with Legal Counsels and Project Accountants for necessary documentations and reviews.
Handle contract disputes and negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of contracts law and regulations.
Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus.
