Contracts Manager

Partner respective Business Groups to identify sourcing needs and deliver timely procurement support.

• Review the deliverables of appointed external consultants (including M&E Engineer and Quantity Surveyors).
• Prepare pre-tender, tender, cost and contracts administration for development and procurement works.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new Contractors and/or Suppliers that meet the Business Groups’ requirements based on the selection and qualification process.
• Analyse and prepare cost estimates for decision making.
• Monitor market dynamics and identify marketplace trends that impact material/services availability and pricing.
• Assist in review and negotiation of contract details and maintenance of all contracts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying and/or building and/or supply chain related procurement.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred.
