Contract Senior / Executive, Lease Management at Tanjong Pagar, up to $5,000

Responsibilities

• To meet the performance requirements in the areas of arrears/credit control.
• Liaise with tenants on payments and negotiate payment schedule for effective immediate settlement of outstanding.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including asset managers, relationship managers, and finance departments on rental payments and monitor progress, providing recommendations.
• To manage arrears independently in aspects of liaising with external lawyers and internal legal advisors on litigation, collate related legal documents, assess tenants’ financial standing, etc.
• Carry out on-site operational requirements and coordination with external and internal parties.
• Assist the Manager in other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Duration:

• 2 Years Contract

Location:

• Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $5,000

Requirements

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Estate Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of credit control. Some leasing background would be an added advantage.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
