Job Scope

• Develop and maintain Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and SOPs.
• Manage and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models.
• Conduct technical assessments and process evaluations.
• Investigate and resolve quality and EHS issues during manufacturing or batch record reviews.
• Implement and monitor preventive measures for process issues.
• Ensure adherence to site safety and quality standards.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and equipment.
• Regularly update plant personnel on process changes.
• Train process technicians and engineers on procedures and best practices.
• Oversee key equipment/GMP systems, ensuring compliance during internal and external audits.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with Major in Chemistry.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Plant with some understanding of API unit of operations.
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player, adaptable and versatile with the ability to work across different cultures.
