Contract Process Engineer (Pharma / Chem MNC) - 1year/ Up to 4.5K #HHL

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models.
• Conduct technical assessments for process evaluations.
• Investigate, report, and troubleshoot quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) issues observed during manufacturing or batch record reviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor robust preventive measures for processing issues.
• Ensure site safety and quality standards are adhered to proactively.
• Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
• Communicate regularly with plant personnel on process updates.
• Train process technicians and fellow process engineers on processes and procedures as required.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with Major in Chemistry.
• Min 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions for complex problems through equipment and process understanding.
• Working knowledge of Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Proactive, has experience with high performance teams, strong interpersonal and project management skills.
