Job Description:
- Assist in basic clinical procedures.
- Support patient registration processes.
- Handle patient registration and discharge procedures.
- Manage payment collection and reconciliation.
- Provide service recovery assistance when necessary.
- Prepare consultation rooms for patient visits.
- Assist patients in preparation for physical exams or minor procedures.
- Maintain and update patient records and documentation before and after consultations and procedures.
- Encourage the use of automated or self-service options.
- Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
- Schedule patient appointments effectively.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O-levels or diploma.
At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
