Job Description:

• Assist in basic clinical procedures.
• Support patient registration processes.
• Handle patient registration and discharge procedures.
• Manage payment collection and reconciliation.
• Provide service recovery assistance when necessary.
• Prepare consultation rooms for patient visits.
• Assist patients in preparation for physical exams or minor procedures.
• Maintain and update patient records and documentation before and after consultations and procedures.
• Encourage the use of automated or self-service options.
• Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
• Schedule patient appointments effectively.

Job Requirements:

Minimum O-levels or diploma.

At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
