CONTRACT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION (Up to $8.2K + AWS + VB)

Job Description:

• Up to $8,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working location: Central
• Reputable Construction Company
• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration & review of procurement & contract management;
• Review contract documents and provide cost estimates on tenders;
• Prepare & monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track variations & adjust budget projections accordingly;
• Oversee & manage main contract progress claims and subcontract payments including variation claims;
• Resolve contract disputes and claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claims;
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentation;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or relevant field;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, contract claims, administration and/or management;
• Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese-speaking counterparts;
