Contract Manager (Building/Construction)

Construction/Building experience is strictly required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project life cycles.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolving disputes as needed.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
• Review and negotiate terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and manage claims, variations, and final account settlements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
• In-depth understanding of contract law and construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and risk management.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
