Manage recruitment and selection activities of clinicians to support the operations and services needs.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the institution.
Manage the offboarding activities, analyze trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives.
Manage day-to-day inquiries from staff/management and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues.
Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development for medical staff.
Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
Prepare manpower reports for submission to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
At least a bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ experience in human resource management. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines.
Detail-oriented with a flair for numbers and highly organized.
