Job description
  • Position: Contract Admin/Support (SAP) - Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Location: Seletar Aerospace
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration: 10 - 12 Months Contract
  • Industry: Aerospace

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze contracts and create summaries
  • Understand and communicate contractual exclusions to customers
  • Set up financial and computing management structures (SAP)
  • Manage pre-activation conditions (e.g., security deposits, insurance certificates)
  • Create necessary files for management and monitoring
  • Notify customers of contract activation
  • Manage invoicing, adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Handle customer inquiries and responsibilities (e.g., core unit returns, loss invoicing)
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and improvement processes
  • Review global contract activities periodically
  • Notify customers of defaults or contractual breaches
  • Track fleet performance (e.g., flight hours, cycles, maintenance planning)
  • Monitor component removal rates, non-faulty findings, and standard exchange orders
  • Follow up on maintenance events (e.g., engine, landing gear, propeller maintenance)

Requirements:

  • Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in contract administration;
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Aerospace Industry, in close contact with airlines;
