We are hiring Accounts Executive to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Scope

1. Manage AP, AR, and GL functions for assigned accounts.
2. Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation.
3. Schedule payments and monitor cash flow.
4. Address invoice and payment queries from internal/external stakeholders.
5. Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations.
6. Process POs and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
7. Assist in journal entries, management accounts, and month-end/year-end closing.
8. Support audit queries and system implementation projects.
9. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience.
2. Familiarity with SAP and OCR systems is a plus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
