Continuous Improvement Manager ( Change Management, Operational Excellence, Transformation)

Reports to: Head of Operations

Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions of the organization. Identifying areas for operational improvement, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing processes. Implement methodologies to improve the quality of products and services, reduce waste, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Guide the organization through the cultural and procedural changes required to adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
• Build and mentor a high-performing continuous improvement team. Ensure team members are trained in the use of relevant methodologies.
• Facilitate the implementation of process improvements across various departments, including production, operations, and customer service.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and lead continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Develop and track KPIs to measure progress.
• Coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
• Work closely with department managers, team leads, and employees to implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and processes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in leading organizational change.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement projects and leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
