We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Continuous Improvement to lead and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive quality, and support the overall strategic goals of the company.

The role will report to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and processes, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s continuous improvement strategy, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency across all functions, including business units, operations, supply chain, production, and customer service.
  • Guide the organization through the cultural and procedural changes required to adopt a continuous improvement mindset. Support teams in overcoming resistance to change.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing continuous improvement team. Ensure team members are trained in the use of relevant methodologies.
  • Use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and implement improvement projects that align with business goals.
  • Lead key continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and lead training programs to promote continuous improvement principles and best practices across the organization.
  • Regularly report on the progress and outcomes of continuous improvement projects to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualities We Value

  • Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and processes.
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a leadership role focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in leading organizational change.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of delivering results within deadlines and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working location is in Ang Mo Kio/Jurong East.
