Key Accountabilities
Content Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business and marketing goals.
- Identify key content themes, topics, and formats that will resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Plan and manage the editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across channels.
Content Creation & Optimization:
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and designed to enhance search rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and adapt content for different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
Content Distribution & Promotion:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to amplify content through email marketing, social media, paid media, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement content that supports lead generation and conversion.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, lead generation).
- Provide regular reports on content performance and insights for continuous improvement.
- Use data to optimize content creation and distribution strategies to ensure maximum impact.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with the product, design, and sales teams to gather insights and ensure content supports product launches, promotions, and business priorities.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all content.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of creating high-impact content across multiple platforms.
- Experience in B2B, B2C and B2B2C content marketing preferred.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
