The Opportunity
This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. This includes leading the content writing and managing the teams responsible for creative delivery across design and multimedia.
To Be Successful, You'll need:
• 3+ years previous experience in similar role
• Leading creative team with creating copy for creative campaigns and eDM journeys
• Short-form social and web/digital content and writing for B2B audiences
• Well-developed ability in converting technical and/or complex topics and concepts into plain language
• A reliable, detailed and focused individual who enjoys working and collaborating within a creative team. The ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease
• CMS experience . Experience with basic design tools (e.g. Canva), Salesforce and Marketo an advantage
