Content Marketing & Communication Specialist (MNC)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive communications and content strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive engagement.
2. Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing, and blogs.
3. Manage and curate content for the company's online platforms and ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
4. Liaise with other department teams to identify and leverage relevant content opportunities.
5. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to identify content gaps and optimize strategy.
6. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external content creators, influencers, and industry experts to drive content partnerships and amplify brand reach.
8. Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
9. Stay updated on emerging content trends and technologies to incorporate into the overall strategy.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
2. At least 4 – 6 years of working experience in handling communication strategy and social media content management.
3. Prior knowledge in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO principles.
4. Prior experience in public relations is an added advantage.
