We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for driving the overall content strategy and to create engaging content that aligns with brand consistency and go-to-market activations.
Develop quality content, ensuring it meets the brand voice, achieves marketing objectives, and effectively engages in our target segments.
Lead content creation across a variety of formats, including blogs, videos, emails, social posts, sales materials, ad copy and website content.
Adapt content and messaging across channels (videos, infographics, articles, newsletters) etc. to drive traffic, engagement and leads.
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase engagement.
Oversee the integration of content activities within marketing campaigns.
Responsible for creating digital assets with hands-on experience in the development of digital banner ads, social media ads, SEM ads including image choice and copy writing.
Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing.
Ensuring all marketing materials are free of errors, including grammar, punctuation, and style, and adjust content tone to target different audience segments.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences, stay updated with industry trends, and incorporate findings into persuasive and relatable content.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Exercise & Sports Science, or relevant fields.
Proven copywriting experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of health regulations and guidelines.
Must be goal-oriented and proven results of meeting sales goals.
Effective communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills.
Proficient in project management methodologies and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and good team player.
