Content Development Project Manager (Learning Technologies) - DSC/JS

As a Content Development Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating content creation workflows. Your responsibilities will span various stages of content development, from planning to implementation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful content delivery. Here are the key duties and qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with stakeholders, subcontractors and project team to develop content creation workflow processes.
2. Maintain project contracts, accounts and project P&L.
3. Manage and track project timelines with development phases.
4. Generate regular status and risk reports for project stakeholders.
5. Facilitate change management and adjust project timelines as needed.
6. Handle cross-functional and cross-departmental dependencies.
7. Regularly communicate progress and implementation updates to stakeholders.
8. Assist in release rollouts, staff trainings, and customer communication.
9. Provide content preparation guidelines and standards to stakeholders, subcontractors, and other team members.
10. Good understanding of content ideation and planning process.
11. Provide advice on fresh content ideas based on keyword research or data-driven insights.
12. Map out content calendars and editorial workflows to ensure timely and efficient content creation.

1. Education: A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
2. Certifications: Certifications in training and learning domain such as ACTA, eLearning content authoring, PMP preferred.

1. Proficiency in digital content authoring tools and related technologies, ePub, HTML 5, and e-devices.
2. Ability to manage negotiations, contracts, forms, and agreements.
