Key Responsibilities:
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
- Strategise and ideate content led solutions proactively and in response to brief with the wider team. Work with teams to define best-in-class work quality and empower them to deliver in a way that exceeds our client’s expectations and monitor the overall perception of quality and reporting.
- Be responsible for inciting new briefs across existing and new clients.
- Identify causes and make recommendations to account leadership on how to improve ways of working.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for the deliverables on assigned projects including brief response, briefing of the project to the third-party partners and client team management through the project to completion at highest level of quality.
- Ensure project revenue are up to date, from quotation to billing.
CONTENT EXPERTISE
- Knowledge of all aspects of our solutions across Insights, Strategy & Consulting, Content Creative & Production, Content Partnerships and Publishing & Distribution and how they apply across all aspects of the consumer journey.
- Continuous development and learning in and around the content space to advise and educate internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand how content is integrated into a media strategy and possess an understanding of social media data and landscape.
- Understand how brand and creative executions are developed into content led solutions and how they deliver on a client’s business objectives.
- Support team to develop case studies at the completion of each project.
Qualifications- At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in social media and/or content marketing.
- Has lead projects with a team of internal and external stakeholders, collaborators and partners.
- Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) is essential and any other platforms is an added bonus.
- Experience in running social advertising and content promotion campaigns on social platforms.
- Possess the ability to create a well thought out, data-backed strategic plan of action for clients for campaigns and their always-on content.
- Robust analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.
- Ability to present and communicate key ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication.
