The Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT) BU is a country cluster including Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. The Consumer Business Insights & Analytics Lead, SEAT role is designed to leverage the power of combined Insight and Analytics capabilities to accelerate business performance through identified consumer and customer-led opportunities resulting in improved profitable growth performance for Haleon.


Responsibilities:

  1. Full ownership and accountability for the creation and delivery of the SEAT learning plan including Innovation Development, Connections development white space identification, brand and activity performance & understanding as well as leveraging the power of analytics, both traditional and digital, to drive impact & influence decision-making.
  2. Act as an integral part of the SEAT commercial BU, becoming a key advisor and business partner by putting the consumer, shopper and expert at the heart of all brand decisions.
  3. Play a critical role as a member of the SEAT Marketing Leadership Team and APAC Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA) Leadership Team, helping to establish industry-leading thinking across the region as a senior leader in CBIA.
  4. Lead and guide SEAT CBIA team to influence, drive and accelerate the successful delivery of growth-driving incremental innovation through leveraging of deep consumer, shopper, HCP and retailer insights and analytics.
  5. Identify future growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysis of the relevant category and sub-segment as well as leveraging traditional and digital analytics to understand and exploit areas of growth.
  6. Develop talent pipeline for CBIA SEAT ensuring all team members are performing to a high level of performance.
  7. Lead key agency relationships in the area, creating senior level engagement and strategic level thinking to support and drive growth for SEAT.
  8. Leverage deep experience in I&A to craft growth-driving insight and recommendations to the SEAT LT and APAC CBIA LT from a broad range of Insight, Analytics and Digital Analytics methodologies in line with operating model principles.
  9. Partner with key commercial partners to deliver on GS, Profit and Innovation Objectives.
  10. Develop deep understanding of analytics, including social and digital, to drive business performance and growth.
  11. Lead and manage the SEAT team ensuring prioritization and focus against key strategic business drivers and collation of team output to influence and drive decision-making at local and regional management level.

Requirements:

  1. Minimal degree in business, analytics, science, psychology or related disciplines.
  2. Minimal 12-15 years of experience with recent experience in client-side. Pure agency experience will not be considered.
  3. Strong preference for candidates from FMCG and Consumer Healthcare.
  4. Prior experience in conducting and leading various qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
  5. Experience in working in a matrix structure.
  6. Have experience in leading a team.
  7. Regional experience is a must.
