Their Singapore office is the regional HQ, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region, including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.

Job Description:

1. Provide consultation, solutions and product knowledge to support sales team.
2. Identify customer business/technical requirements and generate sales opportunities with the proper solution.
3. Design right solutions to achieve customer business outcomes and maximize customer investment and satisfaction.
4. Present the solution to customers and prepare the technical offer and its cost.
5. Keep updated with market trends to address customer business/technical requirements and find out the right new products/services to enhance existing focus solutions.
6. Work closely with focus technology/business partners, building and growing business relationships.
7. Handover ordered projects to post-sales team.
8. Retain and upsell our services to customers.

Job Requirements:

1. SME level knowledge is essential. Possess a CCNP or willing to take a CCNP course.
2. At least 5 years of IT working experience in Network and Data Centre solutions, preferably presales experience.
3. At least proficient in one of these areas: Cisco Data center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
4. Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
5. Experience working in a customer-facing role.
6. Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skills.
7. Strong consultative skill set to include communications with varying levels of customer personnel and the ability to identify and help close new opportunities within existing clients.

Compensation:

1. Work location: CBD
2. Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
3. Variable Bonus (Dec / Jun)
4. Annual Leave: 12 days (add 1 day/year up to max 22 days)
