Consultant (Digital Transformation, BIM, IoT, AI, AR & VR)

• Working location: Redhill
• Working day: 5 days (WFH Friday)
• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new BIM technologies, software, and workflows, including AI, automation, digital twins, and cloud platforms.
• Explore new technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, AR/VR) to improve BIM processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure BIM platforms and Common Data Environments (CDEs) meet international standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Develop and implement tailored BIM strategies, simplify complex technical requirements and provide customized IT solutions to support digital transformation.
• Offer expert advice on BIM implementation, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning on BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and new technologies like AI-driven design tools.
• Drive digital transformation and encourage a culture of change within organizations.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of BIM-related Design and/or Construction experience and sound technical knowledge.
• Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART certification, BCA Certifications, etc.) are a plus.
