Consultant, Business Consulting

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments of internal controls, identifying areas of improvement in business processes to better manage business risks.
2. Propose recommendations to improve organisational workflow and processes to better manage costs and improve profits.
3. Participate in process improvement projects with the objective to enhance operating efficiency and control effectiveness.
4. Participate in risk management projects by supporting the Partner and Director in the facilitation of risk discussions to identify relevant risks and mitigation actions.
5. Perform data analytics by using applicable tools and techniques to identify anomalies for further investigation.
6. Participate in regulatory and compliance reviews to improve governance practices.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent; Degrees in other disciplines such as Computer Science, Business and Law, will also be considered.
2. Working towards a CIA is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of internal/external audit or related experience for Senior Consultant position.
4. Technically competent, technology savvy, energetic, and growth-minded.
5. Good interpersonal communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Competent in using data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, ACL etc.).
8. Versatile, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
