Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Purpose and Scope:

The Civil & Structural Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Civil & Structural aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for projects management, planning and design works
2. Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
3. Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
4. Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets
5. Complete design documents & technical specifications
6. Work coordination with other disciplinary teams including architectural, mechanical and electrical
7. Assist in e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in consultancy firm
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Singaporean only
