Construction Team Lead - Singapore - Hexacon Construction Pte Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Construction Team Lead to join our team at Hexacon Construction Pte Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural engineering and a proven track record of success in leading site operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site inspections to monitor installation works and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Developing and implementing solutions to resolve site technical issues.
• Providing support and guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in site operations.
