Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Supervise the direct workers and give instruction to the sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with land surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.
• Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding the standard of workmanship and check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for general quality control.
• Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.
• Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety, and health policy compliance.
• Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by the Planning Manager.
• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience from a Construction background.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to multitask and work in tight schedules.
