Construction Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to ensure that the schedule is maintained.
2. Lead the team to manage project operations, schedule, and specifications.
3. Manage operational costs to keep within the budget.
4. Manage site documentation and record-keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
5. Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
6. Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
7. Monitor the quality of project delivery to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
8. Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivering the project to meet the completion date.
9. Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
10. Supervise daily site activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
