As the Construction Specialist (SDCP) for this client:

Enhance Construction Productivity

• Implement lean construction techniques, digital tools, and automation to improve project efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate waste in construction processes to optimize labor, materials, and time.

Project Coordination & Site Supervision

• Work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency

• Analyze workflow processes and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
• Support the adoption of prefabrication, modular construction, and digital construction methods (e.g., Building Information Modeling - BIM).

Compliance & Safety Regulations

• Ensure construction practices comply with BCA regulations, industry standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist in audits and inspections to maintain quality control and safety compliance.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to align productivity goals with project requirements.
• Provide training or guidance on best practices to construction teams and workers.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze productivity data, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilize digital tracking systems for real-time project monitoring.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) (except ME07 and ME13). (MUST HAVE)
• 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction planning, cost control, and digital construction tools.
• Familiarity with BCA productivity frameworks and construction technologies.
