Responsibilities:

• Apply lean construction methods, digital tools, and automation to enhance project efficiency.
• Detect and eliminate inefficiencies in construction processes to optimize labor, materials, and time.
• Oversee project coordination and site supervision.
• Evaluate workflow processes and suggest cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and safety.
• Ensure adherence to BCA regulations, industry standards, and workplace safety protocols in construction practices.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to align productivity objectives with project needs.
• Gather and analyze productivity data, generate reports, and offer insights for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction planning, cost control, and digital construction tools.
• Familiarity with BCA productivity frameworks and construction technologies.
