CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Plan and oversee the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety, and quality goals.
2. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety, and environment regulations.
3. Manage and supervise direct workers and sub-contractors to ensure project completion within budget and timeframe.
4. Workforce planning for in-house workers.
5. Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO, and in-house technical team to resolve onsite discrepancies.
6. Foresee the construction difficulties, safety risks, and other technical issues.
7. Attend subcontractors and client progress meetings.
8. Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage to ensure proper and economical use.
9. Good knowledge and experience of condominium and deep basement construction.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager and Directors.
