CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise team of workers.
2. Recommend changes and ensure safety at site.
3. Request requisite raw materials when required.
4. Update drafter on work progress and update of drawing.
5. Observe and implement site safety protocols.
6. Ensure workers adhere to site safety regulations, especially wearing safety helmets, harnesses, and using safety hooks at all times.
7. Update and amend site drawings when required.
8. Attend weekly site meetings and resolve site problems, if any.
9. Submit monthly progress payments with approval from architects and M & E consultants.
10. Prepare variation orders when necessary.
11. Preferably possess at least a Class 3 driving license.
12. Recommend site solutions for problems at site subject to project manager approval.
13. Conduct training for new workers when required.
14. Obtain daily work orders before allowing workers to start work at site.
