The Opportunity

• Permanent role with a Dutch MNC specializing in Construction Industry
• Work location: East Region
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (5.5 Working days)
• Salary up to $5,000 with Fixed Transportation Allowance and Variable Bonus

Adecco is collaborating with a Dutch MNC specializing in providing solutions and products for installation technology in various sectors of the construction industry. They offer a wide range of innovative products and systems that aid in the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components within buildings.

They are seeking a Project Manager to join and lead their growing team. The ideal candidate for this role should be an expert in managing construction projects, demonstrate strong team leadership, and maintain effective communication and collaboration across project stakeholders. The Job

• Oversee all project management aspects, ensuring operational and administrative procedures are followed.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, costs, and documentation.
• Lead construction planning efforts, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to maintain progress per the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
• Monitor project adherence to the company's ISO system and relevant standards.
• Manage subcontractors' submissions of method statements, drawings, materials, and mock-ups, ensuring they align with company directives.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in project management, including planning, cost control, and documentation.
• Experience with MEP/DfMA drawings (Revit, AutoCAD, IFC, etc.).
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, and resolve project-related issues.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Teams and Email.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work progress aligns with established KPIs.
