Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Purpose and Scope:

Responsible for project planning to ensure smooth execution and completion of works.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Site supervision of works
2. Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, external works, including temporary works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors
3. Review all design, construction and shop drawings
4. Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shop drawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc.
5. Ensure works are carried out safely on site
6. Prepare and check works according to Company's 3-in-1 management system procedures

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
3. With Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic AutoCad
5. Only Singaporean
