CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the work on site
2. Coordinate with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues
3. Report to project manager on project updates
4. Plan and order material
5. Prepare inspection form and inspect accordingly with RE/RTO
6. Quality check and control for finished works
7. Progress control on structure works
8. Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time
9. Plan and control site works
10. Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time
11. Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
12. Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
13. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good team player and problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills.
