Construction Productivity Manager (Must have BCCPE)-Town/5 days/Up to $10,000+PB

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity in alignment with company objectives.
• Drive initiatives to boost efficiency, minimize costs, and optimize resource utilization in construction projects.
• Oversee the implementation of Lean Construction practices, digital transformation, and standardized workflows.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations and relevant productivity frameworks.
• Maintain adherence to licensing requirements from L5 to L1, including ME07-L6 and ME13-L6 work categories.
• Advocate for the integration of BIM (Building Information Modeling), Prefabrication, and Modular Construction techniques.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• BCCPE (Certificate of Attendance) – Must be valid for one company only.
• Familiarity with BCA construction frameworks and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working with L5 to L1 construction firms, including projects under ME07-L6 and ME13-L6 categories.
• Familiar with BCA productivity frameworks and construction technologies.
