CONSTRUCTION PAINTER

- Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, and structures including primers or sealers.

- Prepares, cleans, and tapes all job sites.

- Able to work on hot days under the sun.

- Mixes colors or oils to obtain the desired color or consistency.

- Removes old paint coating if necessary.

- Moves necessary materials around the job site as assigned.

- Cleans up worksite debris and is capable of receiving and following instructions, as well as communicating with foreign workers.

- Able to do overtime.

- Able to work on public holidays.

- Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.

- Able to work hard.

- Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.
