Assist the CRE to oversee the construction and commissioning of the works, including processing claims from the Contractors such as progress payments, variations, and requests for extension of time.
Oversee and coordinate the work between the Design Team and Contractors, ensuring consistency in scheduling, cost controls, document controls, and implementation of quality assurance programmes, as well as compliance with contract specifications.
Review and update the Contractor’s schedules showing the status of all projects as well as cost status for all contracts.
Manage the quality assurance and safety requirements, and oversee the Consultant’s site supervision team.
Requirements:
Approximately 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in managing the construction of large used water/water treatment plant project contracts of similar size and complexity, and possess a relevant engineering degree or certification.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling software is advantageous.
Good supervisory skills.
Project experience in water/water treatment plant projects is an advantage.
