Construction Manager

• Up till $8500 basic + variable bonus
• Tuas South, Singapore 636954
• 5.5 Days (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm) & (Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee road and utility diversion projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of road and utility diversion projects.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely execution within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance on construction methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10 years of local experience in managing road and utility diversion projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board
• Qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration
• Accredited as Professional Project Director (PPD) by the Society of Project Managers.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and regulatory requirements.
