Construction Manager (Onshore Site)

Our client is from the Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Construction Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Construction Manager:

1. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team in planning and executing construction, installation, and pre-commissioning activities for Oil & Gas terminal infrastructure, including process units, utilities, pipelines, and marine facilities.
2. Oversee onshore and offshore fabrication in live port environments, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets.
3. Provide constructability input during planning, ensure contractor capabilities are considered, and enforce technical and HSSE standards.
4. Manage contractor performance, support audit activities, and address site queries and changes.
5. Facilitate reporting on progress, safety, and cost, while ensuring equipment procurement, preservation, and QA/QC processes meet project standards.
6. Drive continuous improvement through leadership, coaching, and participation in reviews (constructability, peer, cold eye) to ensure successful and safe project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Min 5 years of Construction Manager experience for onshore site/project
2. Degree in engineering field
3. Experience in verification of fabrication and installation of onshore facilities.
